Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), if you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you appointed) received the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us of your decision with an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email to [email protected]) before the withdrawal period expires, stating your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Exception: customised products

Under art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or clearly personalised goods — for example packaging printed with your artwork, logo or custom text. Standard, non-personalised catalogue products remain fully covered by the right of withdrawal.

Returning the goods

Return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. Goods must be substantially intact, in their original packaging where possible.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used (PayPal refund or bank transfer). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earliest.

Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery. In case of a defective or non-conforming product, contact us: return costs for defective goods are borne by us.
