2. Products and prices
Product images are indicative; slight variations in colour or finish may occur, particularly for paper products. Prices are shown in Euro. Unless stated otherwise, catalogue prices are exclusive of VAT; VAT and shipping costs are itemised in the cart and at checkout before the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
An order placed through the checkout constitutes a purchase offer. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email. The Seller may refuse orders in case of product unavailability, anomalies or suspected fraud, refunding any amount already paid.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods: PayPal (immediate) and bank transfer. For bank transfers, the order is processed once the credit is received; bank details are provided in the order confirmation email. Orders unpaid after 7 days may be cancelled.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs depend on destination and weight and are shown at checkout before confirmation. Delivery times are indicative. Upon delivery, please check the packaging and report any visible damage to the courier.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, except for personalised or made-to-order products. Full details on the withdrawal and returns page.
7. Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (24 months for consumers) pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
